General Questions:

  1. What is a Giclee'?

    A Giclee' is a high-resolution fine art print on archival canvas. These prints are the closest reproduction to an original painting and are sold through galleries and museums worldwide. Our Giclee' canvas is stretched over a 1.4-inch wooden stretcher bar, gallery wrapped, and wired for hanging. Each Giclee is artist-signed.

  2. What is a Hand Embellished Giclee'?

    Hand Embellished Giclee' involves unique additions made by the artist to create a one-of-a-kind piece of art. Using a brush technique with real paint, brush strokes, texture, and varnish, Marianna Canu replicates the process of the original painting. The Embellishment Process requires an additional 10 days.

  3. Is there a fee for Hand Embellished Giclee'?

    Yes, there is a fee for Hand Embellished Giclee'. Contact mariannacanuart@gmail.com with subject line "HAND EMBELLISHED GICLEE" for next steps.

 

Print Types:

  1. What is a Paper Print?

    Paper Prints are high-quality prints on heavyweight archival paper. They are artist-signed and include a 2-inch border on each side of the image, making them suitable for framing and display.

 

Commissioned Artwork:

  1. What is Commissioned Original Artwork?

    Commissioned Artwork refers to working directly with Marianna Canu to create a custom work of art. This means that Marianna Canu will craft a piece specifically for your personal collection or for special events. Returns and Exchanges:

  1. What is your return and exchange policy?

    Exchanges Only for Art Apparel. We are happy to assist you if a different size is needed. The item must be in the same condition it was purchased. Please understand that all Art Apparel and Accessories are made for you as soon as your order is received. For all Art Apparel you may Exchange within 7 to 14  days upon receiving the order. Should you need a different size or have any questions, please contact us. All Art Apparel & Accessories are originals of Marianna Canu Art. Sales are Final for Original Paintings, Commission Paintings, Giclees/Canvas Prints, and Paper Prints. However, if your painting or other merchandise arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

 

Damages and Issues:

  1. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

    Please inspect your order upon reception. If you notice that the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at mariannacanuart@gmail.com. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, kindly keep all packaging materials that your order arrived in. We are committed to evaluating the issue and making it right for you
